What is JAG Marketplace?
JAG Marketplace is a curated shopping cart that offers trending, ready-to-sell products across health, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle categories. These are best-selling items already proven in the market and now available for your brand.
What kinds of products are available on JAG Marketplace?
You’ll find best-selling skincare, personal care, and supplement products that are trending on Amazon and social media. Categories include:
· Health & Wellness(multivitamins, collagen, herbal supplements, mushroom coffee & more)
· Beauty & Personal Care (skincare, haircare, body care)
· Performance & Endurance (sports nutrition, energy support)
Can I private label the products on JAG Marketplace?
Yes. Many JAG Marketplace products are available for private label and can be branded with your logo and design, just like our JAG Alliance products.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Marketplace products?
Yes. MOQs vary by product and labeling option:
· Private Label: 50 units per SKU
· NAYSA-branded Label: No minimums
When will I receive my products?
All products are shipped out from our fulfillment center within 2-5 business days and on average it takes 1-5 business days to deliver your order. If things go smoothly, you place your order on Monday you should receive it by Friday the same week.
Every now and then, such as holiday seasons, there may be a delay on orders due to the high volume coming in within such a short time period. We value being transparent with our customers, so please be patient as we are a small team doing the best we can! Thanks for your understanding.
Will you ship to my customers?
No, we are a B2B wholesale manufacture and distributor. We do not ship individual direct orders to your customers.
However, if you do want us to ship directly to your customers, we do offer an array of
turnkey fulfillment and drop shipping services to support your business and the

Can I sample products from JAG Marketplace?
Yes. You can order any product to sample under the NAYSA-branded label.
Is payment required to begin processing my order?
We require payment in full when your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the many payment methods available at checkout, including Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, multiple credit cards, and bank deposit options. For orders over $10,000 USD, we also accept bank wire and ACH transfers.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to shipping and refund policy on footer.
Can I track my order?
Once you will make a purchase and your order will be confirmed, we will send out an order tracking link.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available and the shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country. Please note that we are not responsible for any custom duties or taxes that may occur upon receipt.
Are the products FDA approved?
The FDA does not approve dietary supplements or skin care. However, all JAG Marketplace products are FDA compliant and made in GMP-certified facilities. This means they meet FDA regulations for safety, quality, and labeling, even though supplements themselves don’t go through FDA “approval.”
How do I report if I have an issue with my order?
Please email info@jagalliance.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a problem. This allows us to verify the issue and determine next steps.
What is the returns process?
Email info@jagalliance.com within 10 days to request the return shipping address.
Ship your unopened product back and email us the tracking number.
Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee). Refunds typically post in 7–10 business days.
Can I return private label products?
No. Private label products are not returnable once a custom label has been applied, as they are considered consumables and cannot be resold.
